The Inner Knowledge Mindfulness Certification Program offers training for educators, coaches, and corporations. Why a training? Because an app cannot respond when a child, athlete, or employee is in need.  These comprehensive, yet simple programs will provide trainees with the knowledge, skills, and tools to enhance students’/athletes’/employees’ physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being.

Backed by 20 years of experience in the areas of mindfulness practices, yoga-based movement, and relaxation techniques, the Inner Knowledge Mindfulness Program was created in order to give individuals the tools to deal more positively with the stresses and challenges of their lives.
